Building sheets
We launched Everlast in 2002, our brand of aluminium roofing sheets. Aluminium is an excellent choice for use in buildings, installations and roofing owing to its high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. Additionally, its high reflectivity for radiant heat helps maintain a cooler indoor temperature.
Closure stock
Our closure stock is used in pilfer-proof caps, vial seals and cream containers, owing to its high strength, high formability, low earring and printable surfaces. Pharmaceutical companies have a high demand for this product. We roll our closure stock to very fine tolerances to yield more closure per tonne of stock.
Fin stock
Hindalco manufactures fin stock that has tight gauge tolerances and excellent slit edges using high-quality aluminium ingots. Our fin stock is used extensively in several industrial applications like air conditioners, car radiators and heat exchangers.
Hot-rolled plates
Our hot-rolled aluminium plates are durable and can be customised as per the desired thickness and length. This product has multiple applications — electrical busbars, ducting, tanks, ships, aircraft and defence.
Pattern sheets
Hindalco's pattern sheets are available in five designs and are ideal for decorative uses like interior panelling for trucks, cabins, etc. These sheets can be easily bent to take the shape of the structure in which they are fixed. Moreover, they are lightweight, rust-free and easy to clean.
Cable wrap stock
Used by leading cable brands, our cable wrap stock is manufactured using high-quality aluminium ingots and state-of-the-art control systems. It is used by the telecommunications industry in cables because of its length and tighter gauge tolerances.
Cold-rolled coils
Used in commercial and engineering applications such as bus bodies, cladding and fan blades, Hindalco's cold-rolled coils are truly precision-finished and meet international standards. They have a high tolerance, versatility and blemish-free surfaces.
Flooring sheets/tread plates
Aluminium flooring sheets come with a high strength-to-weight ratio and anti-skid patterns, making them ideal for use as flooring in buses, trucks, railway coaches, loading bays, kick plates, stair treads and catwalks. Moreover, aluminium flooring sheets do not corrode easily and can withstand high levels of abrasion.
Lamp cap stock
Used primarily in GLS lamps and tube lights, Hindalco's lamp cap stock combines strength and high formability with high resistance to softening in vitriting. It can be rolled to very fine tolerances, thus allowing more caps per tonne of the coil.
PCB entry sheets
We manufacture our printed circuit board (PCB) entry sheets with state-of-the-art equipment in line with international standards. Used in electronic circuit boards, we ensure that our PCB entry sheets have tight thickness tolerance, flatness, dimensional accuracy, grease-free surfaces and optimal hardness for burr-free drilling.
Circles
Also known as flat circular sheets, Hindalco’s circles come in a variety of diameters and thicknesses. These are used by leading cookware brands in the manufacturing of pressure cookers, non-stick cookware, coated cookware, cans, etc. Aluminium circles are also used in medical cylinders.
Cold-rolled sheets
Hindalco's cold-rolled sheets are finished with precision to meet international standards. Their sound metallurgical properties, anodising characteristics and blemish-free surface make them an ideal material for use in commercial and engineering applications like defence, transport and construction.
Foil stock
We produce our foil stock from high-quality rolling ingots and concast coils, using sophisticated manufacturing equipment. Our foil stock can be rolled to thin gauges of aluminium foil and used in numerous applications.
Litho stock
Rolled from scalped ingots using state-of-the-art rolling facilities for shape and gauge control, Hindalco’s litho stock is used in making offset printing plates to meet high-quality reproduction needs.
Spiral fin stock
Hindalco's spiral fin stock is an established product in the market for heat exchange applications. Using high-quality ingots, state-of-the-art gauge and shape control, and precision slitting, we manufacture fin stock that has tight gauge tolerances and excellent slit edges.

We pay special attention to quality in our downstream businesses and have developed a framework known as Build Quality in Process (BQiP) to help us identify opportunities for improvement in our operations. The BQiP assessment is carried out at several of our downstream facilities, including Hirakud, Renukoot FRP, Belur and Taloja.
We have a world-class R&D team that focuses on developing sustainable aluminium-based solutions for transport, packaging and other sectors. Our team at Renukoot FRP facility has recently developed a new patented busbar alloy for application in two-wheeler electric vehicles. This alloy has excellent formability and electrical conductivity, with real-world testing showing a consistent increase of 25% in wire pull-off load in assembly.
