Cycle components

Hindalco is a one-stop solution for aluminium cycle components. Advanced equipment for precision manufacturing ensures consistent high-quality products. They include sophisticated equipment for machining, 3D laser cutting, and 3-axis and 4-axis VMCs; hydroforming, hydraulic presses, and double and triple butting; heat treatment—T4, T6 and annealing; automatic frame alignment and welding—robotic and manual (CMT/TIG), with and without pulse.

The ISO 4210 compliant world-class testing facility for aluminium cycle components include facilities for weld penetration and salt spray, Xenon arc and hardness tests. The OHSAS and ISO compliant aluminium cycle components manufacturing plant for e-bikes and cargo bikes has teams for dedicated new product development, new alloy development and in-house product development for unique designs.

Battery pack components

Hindalco develops tailor-made high-quality aluminium alloys in 6xxx series to meet customer requirements of stiffness, strength and crash resistance. We have expertise in manufacturing multi-mandrel extrusions which are used in battery frames. The top and bottom cover sheets are produced in 5xxx series alloy (HT and oil-tempered). We also supply clad sheets for making cooling plates. Our IMS and MES systems ensure quality and traceability from billet to end product.

Our automobile battery shells provide varied advantages, including battery protection, water prevention, battery temperature adjustments, impact resistance, intelligent management, etc.
