At Birla Copper, we leverage advanced, state-of-the-art technology to manufacture copper tube through continuous Cast and Roll process (C&R). This process involves various stages like Melting & Casting, Surface Peeling, Rolling & Drawing, Annealing, Grooving and Bright Annealing to manufacture plain tubes and Inner Grooved Copper Tubes (IGT) in the form of Level Wound Coils (LWC). The plain pancake coils (PCC) are spiral wound to standard length of 50 feet or 100 feet. Plain straight length tubes are produced and supplied in customized sizes with length up to 6 meters. These products are crafted from premium LME A-grade copper cathodes, having purity of 99.99% which ensures efficient heat transfer and product reliability under high pressure.
