Our recent investment of $365 million in a state-of-the-art recycling centre in North America underscores our dedication to sustainability. This facility, with an annual casting capacity of 240 KT of sheet ingot, will significantly reduce our carbon emissions by over 1 million tonne per year. We are efficiently processing end-of-life aluminium from vehicles, contributing to a more circular economy. Our recent investment of $251 million in a cutting-edge e-waste & copper recycling facility in Gujarat underscores our dedication to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions. This facility will process e-scrap and copper scrap to produce electro-refined copper and other metals, significantly advancing our commitment to sustainability. By recycling copper scrap, we not only contribute to the environment but also ensure the production of pure copper using innovative methods. With this groundbreaking project, we will become first in India and the region to operate such a state-of-the-art facility, setting new standards in the copper industry.
